Upcoming Shows

Everything we're doing (that we've announced).

Rosa Garland: Primal Bog
12th February - 21st May
Various Venues, UK Tour

Primal Bog is the gorgeously gross new piece from Rosa Garland, creator of Trash Salad (one of The Telegraph’s “Funniest Shows of the Fringe”). In Primal Bog, Garland plunges headfirst into the muck in an hour of clowning, slime, and unfiltered desire that’s been hailed as “filthy and fearless” (The Telegraph) and “a masterclass in comedy” (Metro).

Part psychosexual fever-dream, part Jackass stunt, Primal Bog is “disgusting, daring and unlike anything else” (Fest) and a “thrilling showcase of comic fearlessness” (Chortle) that leaves audiences howling, gagging, and cheering in equal measure.

Cabbage The Clown: Cinemadrome
24th April - 9th July
Various Venues, UK Tour

Minimum wage cinema employee turned multi award-winning tragic fool Cabbage the Clown's debut hour marries a buffet of genres in polygamous holy matrimony in the name of drag in their “Gen-Z, loudly queer and thoroughly hilariousˮ (Binge Fringe) debut hour.

With over 8 million views online for their genre-busting brand of multimedia drag-clowning, Cabbage presents their critically-acclaimed debut show: One part breathless parody of cinematic history, one part thoughtful dissection of minimum wage careers, one part rolling around on the floor covered in popcorn.

So talk through the trailers, get the loudest snacks available, then sit back, relax and enjoy this Bechdel Test-passing, BBFC-unapproved, global premiere.

Ozzy Algar: Speed Queen

We are in the Speed Queen, the last launderette on the Isle of Wight.

Here, Pet, an ancient washerwoman, divines the fates of her customers through their dirty laundry, and a story unfolds of an island ill-at-ease.

Part folklore, part pitch-black comedy, Speed Queen is a hauntingly funny debut that blends the Isle of Wight’s untold myths and hidden histories with folk horror, original music, and razor-sharp character work in this double Comedian’s Choice award-nominated, ‘gorgeously evocative, otherworldly debut hour from a rising star’ (Reviews Hub).

BIGHEAD run mixed bill shows most months of the year, including Hilarious at Hoxton Hall in Hackney, Live at the Escape in Stratford and Live at Seven Dials Playhouse in Central London.

We also occasionally work with performers and groups on individual projects for performance at venues across London and at festivals around the UK.

We especially encourage acts who come from a non-traditional comedy performance background who would like to try performing on a mixed bill stand-up night.

If you would like to perform at one of our nights, or you have a project you'd like to pitch to us, please send a bio and video clips if you have them to:
